Auto-Renewal Agreement
- Last updated: September 12, 2026
- Effective date: September 12, 2026
- 中文版本:自动续费协议
This Agreement applies to users who subscribe to the LazyMeow membership (Pro) through the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
The Android direct-download edition uses activation codes and does not involve auto-renewal.
1. Service Provider
- Operator: Huang Chong (individual developer)
- Billing channels: Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
- The membership offers the following plans (mainland China reference prices; actual pricing is shown on the applicable marketplace purchase page):
| Plan | Reference Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | CNY ¥8 / month | Renews monthly |
| Yearly | CNY ¥60 / year | Equivalent to ¥5 / month, 37% savings |
- Prices may vary by marketplace, region, price tier, exchange rate, or promotion — the price, offer, and renewal period shown on the purchase and system payment confirmation pages prevail
- Subscription fees are collected by Apple or Huawei, which provides the transaction receipt
3. Free Trial
- New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
- The trial starts when the subscription is confirmed; no fees are charged during the trial
- At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected
- To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (see Section 5)
- Free-trial eligibility is determined by the applicable marketplace account and purchase-page rules; resubscribing may not restart the trial
4. Auto-Renewal Rules
- Separate consent: auto-renewal is not preselected or bundled. Before payment, the app displays the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method, and asks you to expressly accept or decline
- Billing time: the applicable marketplace normally attempts to charge before the current subscription period ends; its current rules and notices prevail
- Successful renewal: on successful payment, membership continues into the next billing cycle
- Failed renewal: if payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired payment method), membership may be interrupted after the current period ends
- Price changes: if the subscription price changes, the applicable marketplace will notify you before renewal under its rules
5. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, you keep your paid benefits until the end of the current period.
Steps (iOS)
- Open Settings on your iPhone / iPad
- Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find LazyMeow
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Steps (HarmonyOS / Huawei AppGallery)
- Open device Settings and tap your HUAWEI ID profile at the top
- Open Payments & purchases
- Open Subscriptions or Auto-renewals
- Find LazyMeow
- Tap Cancel subscription or Unsubscribe and follow the prompts (labels may vary by HarmonyOS version)
Notes
- We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the deadline shown by the applicable marketplace prevails
- Cancelling during the free trial incurs no charge
- You can resubscribe through the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery at any time
6. Refunds
- Subscription refunds are handled by the marketplace that processed the charge; we cannot directly refund marketplace transactions
- Apple users may apply at reportaproblem.apple.com; Huawei users should use the order or customer-support entry in Huawei AppGallery
- Refund approval is determined by the applicable marketplace
7. Account Deletion vs. Subscription Cancellation
- Deleting your LazyMeow account ≠ cancelling your marketplace subscription
- If you plan to delete your account, cancel the subscription in the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery first, then delete your account
- Fees for already-paid periods are generally not refunded automatically due to account deletion (subject to the applicable marketplace's refund rules)
